We do a full range of demonstrations for a small or large event, tailored to suit your day. We travel to the events and set up where you would like us too. We can do any event, with a few options as follows;
Above and below right: (Glen Garioch Distillery and excellent staff, where a demonstration with their whisky to flavour the chocolate truffles took place in Feb 09, people got to dip some truffles too and some tasters, all in aid of a PSYBT event). Demo and Talk
This includes a demonstration, small talk on chocolate and chocolate truffle making, people can ask questions and have a taste.
Demo and interaction
As above but instead of a large group it would be a small groups done in stages, where they can come round and hear about chocolate and have a go at enrobing ones themselves, then they can go on to taste some tasters and read about the history while the other group are having a go themselves. I just recently done one for Princes Youth Business Scotland Trust at a Whisky Distillery, and their whisky was used to flavour the truffles, so if you have any questions it wont do any harm to ask, as all events are tailored to suit the event.
Talks
This would involve a video of the chocolate making process and a talk on the history and making of the different products we make.
Chocolate Classes
This would be similar to a demonstration with interaction but would involve making more products and learning how to temper chocolate and use molds, this would be limited numbers and more intimate.

Chocolate Parties
This could be large or small, home or business, where we could do a chocolate fondue, with different fruits, marshmallows and other items for your party of people to try, also some truffles for tasting and you would have a little chocolate shop in your house, where the members of your party could purchase and the host would receive discounts for different levels of sales.
